Advocates (Remuneration) Order — L.N. 64/1962, as amended L.N. 35/2014 & L.N. 45/2014. All fees are minimum scale fees exclusive of VAT (16%) and disbursements.
All figures are minimum scale fees under the Advocates (Remuneration) Order. VAT at 16%, court filing fees, stamp duty, and disbursements are charged separately. Family law and criminal fees shown are typical ranges based on Schedule 6 instruction fee principles and established practice.
